possible to fit 35's?

Is there ANY way to fit 35's on the back? Shackle lift, cutting fenders, etc.?

2inch body lift. and a axle flipt kit with a 2inch block. I did it and no rubbing, I did trim a tad bit of the inner fender well in the back just to make sure but nothing noticeable

damn, so how much would my rear be lifted? like 4-5 in?

speterson1011 Jan 23, 2011 12:05 PM

with the kit I put on the back it claimed with the axle flip and block 6.5inches. I think it was a 2.5'' block I didnt measure it but I'm going to measure now that I think about it. I'll let you know. So with the body lift and axle flip I got the back up 8.5inches. You could also get an add a leaf kit. Maybe even run shackles too and get some really long shocks. You could probably get almost 11inches with all that but the just the 2inch body and axle flip kit will get you by so no need

Aside from the lift needed to fit them, the tires alone would lift you ~3" or so. Any reason you want 35's on just the back?

not to mention I doubt the stock rear axles would last very long with 35" tires

Well, my buddy is giving me a good deal on 2 35's lol. and so i could get through mud!! And I'd be buying a locker.

i hope this is a joke.

I highly doubt 35's will fit unless you do 8-10" + of lift. there's just not enough room in the rear wheel wells for them.

So would you do a straight axle swap on the front and buy two more tires?

his truck is 2wd, worthless to SAS the front..

If he wants to go thru mud he needs to just save his money and buy a 4wd.
