Possibly the cleanest 7.2" ifs housing in the world!

Had to take my front diff down, it was leaking like a sieve.

Had to take a wire wheel, a whole can of degreaser and scrubbing in the sink with a toothbrush to get it halfway decent.

Tomorrow I get to tackle the other side, which is gonna suck, cause it's got the whole carrier in it

You either are single or have married an incredible woman to let you clean differential parts in the kitchen sink! :)

She wasn't home at the time lol.

And honestly, as long as I don't put car parts in the dishwasher, she's happy!

I'm obviously a motor-head but I wouldn't put car parts in the kitchen sink. LOL You have married well! :)

I tried cleaning the other half in the sink, but it was too dirty. Had to take it to the car wash

Even the car wash was no match for some of that 23 year old baked on grease. Oh well, it's a million times cleaner than it was, and I can hold it without my hands instantly turning black.

Cleaned up, sealed up, and filled up. Just gotta get it squeezed back in, now!

Once the blazer is out of the garage, need to get my Cobalt in to put this on

And after that, maybe, MAYBE I'll let my wife start parking in here again! Lol

That is by far the cleanest I've ever seen... cant she make room in the living room for the cobalt? Lol

She doesn't care about the Blazer and Cobalt too much lol. She's worried about her Malibu sitting in the driveway getting crapped on by birds!

Nice!

looks too pretty to use! ;)

So I managed to get the thing out with the front end still intact. Kinda cheated, though. I took off the long side tube for extra room. Couldn't do that going back, since I had already sealed it up. Had to drop both knuckles and lower control arms. After a lot of cussing, it's back in at least
