Default Prices for shift kit, t-case rebuild, rear end rebuild

Hey guys, I haven't been on in a while but its nice to see everyone still here and the forums still ROCKIN! I bought a 98 Silverado and if anyone knows how much I would be charged for a shift kit installed, transfer case rebuild, and a rear end rebuild that would be awsome! Also, the silverado has a 3" body kit on it but I want a 2" suspension lift also so I can throw some 35's on there. The TB's are cranked already. But I can't find any 2" lifts. Just leveling kits. Any ideas? Thanks a lot. I know i'll get good answers from you guys!

Suspension Connection offers a 4" Suspension lift kit. I didn't find a 2" lift kit.
