Default Remote start throws codes

So after reading about how a bad ignition switch will cause all kinds of crazy electric problems I wanted to present my problem. When I start my 98 ls with a key she runs tip top. When I start with the remote start it throws all kinds of crazy codes(P0183,P07E5,B05E1,C0007,Bo518,C2027,B0518,C2 027,P0740,P0785,P1860) sometimes a few, sometimes all of them. My question is should I buy a new remote start system, fix the all ready installed one, replace the ignition switch, or all of the above.
Also, if it throws a trans code, will it cause the trans to shift erratically? The 3 button push buttons were jumping from 2 hi to 4 hi by themselves on the way to work the other day but I don't think it actually went into four wheel drive at 75 MPH with no check engine light on.

Sounds like something is faulty with your push button start.

agreed, sounds like a loose connection or improperly installed remote start system.

Remote start installed in 98, maybe it's time for a new one
