Should I buy this 02 ZR2?

I've been looking for a 2 door ZR2 for a while now and finally found one in seemingly pretty good condition. It's an 02 2 door ZR2 with 225,180 miles. Automatic, fully loaded. He says it needs a new transfer case motor for the 4 wheel drive to work and it needs an actuator for the hatch. Front end was rebuilt recently and it has new back brakes and a CAI. It's an hour and a half away from me. He's asking $2,500 and I've talked him down to $1,750. I'd like to get him down to $1,500. What do you guys think?
