Which should i get a blazer or bravada
okay i am looking at 2 vehicles a 1995 Blazer and a 1992 Bravada
and i am not sure which to get they both need the transmissions rebuilt and that's about all they need to get running good and they are both $750 the Bravada has: a clean interior, not much rust but needs paint the Blazer has: a not so clean but can be cleaned interior, has a little body work needed and needs some exhaust work any and all input would be great |
Personally I would take the Bravada. Does it have the Vortec engine? The '95 was probably one of the ones caught betwen obd I and obd II so reading codes and repairs can get interesting. How many miles do they have?

okay like 10 min after i made this thread i found what i think is a better deal but not sure
its a 1996 Blazer 4 door 4x4 that like only needs a new brake line it has leather seats power everything but has 200k miles |
Well, IMO I'd go with the 96. It only has 10,000 more miles on the clock and currently need no major repairs. Also, the 96 is OBDII for sure so codes will be easier to read.

I definately agree, go with the 96, way better deal and from the sounds of it probably better optioned than either of the other 2.

well i told the guy with the 1996 blazer i would have the money today and he said okay and he just texted me like 20min ago and said he sold it :(
so its back to the other 2 options |
Bravadas have nicer interiors, plus i was told they come factory with a 3:73 rear end. Maybe someone can confirm that for me.

never liked bravadas they look like the bootleg version of a blazer . lol i dont mean it in a harsh way but id always liked how chevy and gmc made blazers
