Default Tired of the Rust

After my last trip up north into the snow and salt I noticed that my spare tire carrier had turned into a large rusty eye sore. After months of putting it off, I decided torip the tire rack off the bac.I disassembled it, sanded it, grinded off the rust and repainted it. I know that its not the worlds best job, but it is soo much better than looking at brown and orange rust eating the metal. Took a full day of sanding and painting yesturday andI put it back on this mourning. Let me know what you think.

Here is the finished product

looks good! but the paint might chip and rust again. u should spray it w/ some rubberized undercoating that would help.

I WANT A SWING OUT SPARE HOLDER!!! I want to put a full size spare on it... It would look so sick and be REALLY functional! But my truck is lame and has no spare holder
