Towed my other vehicle
My Bravada isn't my DD, but I'm glad I have it. The other day, the power steering pulley (plastic) on my Alero broke. I got it close enough to home, and I went and borrowed my friends car dolly to bring her home.
What I noticed taking off was that it was like there wasn't anything behind it, even though there was a whole car. Another thing I noticed was when braking, even though I was increasing my stopping distance, I was still stopping short of the stoplight or sign. the Bravada has proven to be a great little investment. Anyway, why would it take off and stop so easily? With the takeoff, I guess I can give that to the ported heads and throttle body. What about braking though? |
These have a towing capacity in the 5000 lb range, an Alero is around 3000. So you're well under the capacity it's been designed for.

We've used a Blazer to pull my family's 02 Ford Expedition on a tow dolly and it was an experience. We couldn't get going too fast or the whole thing would start to shake!
