wants to replace ignition lock - needs a locksmith
 
I have my Chevrolet Blazer 2001 and the ignition lock of my car is not working properly it is very difficult to insert key in it so i have decided to replace it with the new one but i cant find any affordable locksmith anyone knows a good quality and as well as affordable locksmith kindly inform me about it with details. thnx

You can buy the ignition lock at any parts store and then any auto shop can replace. Then shop around your local auto repair shops for a price. You do not need a locksmith for job. You should be able to get it replaced for about an hours worth a labor.

Are you sure it's the lock cylinder and not a worn key? If you have another key, see if it works any better. Otherwise, the only thing you'd need a locksmith for would be to rekey the new lock to use the old key. Is this just a lock cylinder or do you hage a chip key?
