Ahh, you're the last holdout! I thought I was the last one.
There are a couple on here still, Chris and Gio as well.

Painted the turn signal bulbs for the rear tail lights black with high temp engine enamel. Since the circuit board for the LEDs will give me space behind them to still have the OEM bulb to give the system the load it needs to prevent hyper flash for the time being

I will be getting an LED flasher in the summer when I get some switch back LED bulbs for the front.

And am in talks with the dealership about going into the computer and disabling the DRLs.

Removed all the AC from it and rerouted the plumbing for the heater

I haven't seen either of them in a while have you? I chatted with Gio a while back but that's probably been 6 months at least if not more. I guess I'll see if I can find him tomorrow lol!

I talked to him not that long ago on gmail. he has been busy.
I talk to Chris almost daily on gmail. he put a cowl hood on his first gen and got a roll pan and is ready to do a v8 swap. And also swapped out his whole interior from blue to black minus the dash board. He is making moves on it!

Man, that would be brutal here in Texas to not have a/c. That reminds me, I need to put mine back in before I sell it/keep it or whatever the heck we end up deciding to do with it when the wife gets a new vehicle.

As I age, I find I can't live without my A/C, even up here in MA. Gets super sticky/muggy in the summer here.

I've got 55 lbs. of R-12 here, lucky me! Stuff is like gold these days. I just restored the A/C in our '86 Grand Marquis (everything new), and next up is our '93 Volvo 940 this summer. Just picked up a recovery machine & filtration/drying system, plus a Mastercool beadlock crimper for making custom hoses. Every one of my old cars has always blown 40° air in the summer.

Never touched the A/C in the Blazer, since we used it as a winter beater only.

hell yea!

dawgs im still around. Just work 6 days a week and living a busy lifestyle...

But yes...this here blazer...Ive gone friggin nuts and spent too much money, but why stop now?

Laying around i have :
rollpan
drop spindles and blocks. May order springs. (depending on v8 drop)
Yes,like richy said i put on my cowl hood. Broke my damn hood cable though lol.
from bench seat back is black, all i need is my sunfire seats for the front. If you oldscoolers remember my last one (or 2..wait...3rd?) you will remember that interior.

OH. scored the sunpro 2 black series gauges. Speedo, rpm with shift light, oil, temp, and volt....

Man,this blazer might turn out aiight...

V8 wise, its happening within hopefully the next few weeks. 4 bolt main,350. cam, intake all that jazzy stuff...

edit. OH YES. did the h4 headlight conversion with harness/relay kit. and clear turn signal and marker lights too. with new black grille.

what sucks is this 4.3 has all new spider, dizzy, coil, tune up,lower intake gaskets. if anyways needs so new ignition parts or spider message me with a reasonable offer. as its all useless to me now.
