A couple weeks back I FINALLY fixed my fuel pressure issue. After isolating every sensor or relay in the engine I sucked it up and dropped the tank. Once on the ground I could hear, when the fuel pump primes, fuel spraying on the inside of the tank. Turns out one of those cheeseball little plastic clips that goes on that piece of fuel line that goes between the fuel pump and the fuel sending unit had no grip. Y'all know what I'm talking about. Has the double overlap ridge tounges that grip together. Well the top tounge wasn't even touching the middle one. So the only grip was the middle tounge and the bottom that is against the fuel line. Replaced it with a regular metal screw-down clamp and the truck now runs better than it has in the year and a half I've had it. I mean it was getting to the point that if I took a hard left turn it would stall. Figure that one out. But it's fixed now.

But now I've got the good old lower control arm bushing squeak that we all know so well. After replacing the bushings on the passenger side control arm last year I'm thinking of getting one from the pick a part with descent bushings and just swapping them out.

Since I just bought my Blazer and everything is in primer... including trim and wheels... Today I painted all the wheels black and half the trim on the passenger side. Also took out the grill and headlight trim so I can paint it tomorrow. I know rattlecan isn't best, but it already looks a ton better than it did.
