did learn a important lesson today after finishing. pick up all my tools, toss em in my truck and go for a drive to get gas and make sure everything is ok. get a block away and she dies in the middle of the road. ****! get it to the side, pop the hood and the mass air flow is totally unhooked, just laying there. All the hose clamps are just hand tight. I am sitting there scratching my head saying why the hell didn't I tighten those down?

On my way in to work this morning, the rear wiper wouldn't work on the Rainier... So I R&R'd that this afternoon. It was a broken wire in the flex connection from the liftgate to the body. Got that fixed up.

I also reinstalled my K&N filter on the Rainier after removing it Sunday. I had removed it to clean it and let it dry out good. I then oiled it up and made sure that it wasn't over oiled. I still have not received my filterminder... I did receive a blower motor for something that I had to forward on to the proper purchaser... I was hoping to get the filterminder installed so I could see how restrictive a paper filter is versus a K&N, but I guess I'll have to swap filters to compare sometime later.

I filled the K5 up with fuel tonight as well - $74 OUCH!!

just be glad you have the small tank, that's not so bad for a K5 Kyle.
