New parts
Went to the local pick and pull for a mirror and found a few other things. Also found some 2wd rims i might buy.
The grill looks like one off and older truck...like my 88 gmc
All for only 115 bucks and he threw in the the intake top

Boring stuff... but I replaced the radiator this morning in my '02 Blazer. Was kinda bugged because I changed the water pump 2 weeks ago and had the fan off and the AC compressor out of the way.
Was running fine. Drove around 500 miles over the weekend, including a trip up a mountain road in 90 degree weather with the AC on (of course...). All was well 'til I came out yesterday from running errands and smelled coolant. Saw a puddle under the front drivers side... plastic tank had cracked. Had to get it done right away 'cause I'm driving into NYC tonight, Wed. & Thursday.
New rad. was $120. Not too bad...
peace

any ways i had a good morning and a bad afternoon. i went to help a friend of mine change a water pump on a dodge stratus and it ended up being a chaos . it got to the point that we need to remove the timing belt cover and then remove the belt and gears for the timing to remove the cover for the water pump... we put it back together and ended up bringing it to his house cause his daughter house didn't have much tools .
any ways i drove his daughters car and it overheated to max on the highway.. he lost me cause he was to busy fighting with his daughter on the phone .
i ended up pulling over waiting for it to cool off then drive to the next exit.
it turned out he didn't tighten the rad cap right and all the water came out.
we added water and brought the car home. im glad to be home now
what a day . the best thing about today is that my blazer runs like a breeze
