Let's see... I opened my hood, took a good long look at my Blazer's now-dead CPI system, and closed the hood once again. -Sigh- Looks like its gonna be a long weekend of tear-down and fuel system repairs for me.

I think you may be right. I drove it around a little and there is a clicking sound when turning. I hear this is the early onset that you need to change the cv joints. But people have said if it starts grinding, it needs to be changed asap. I don't want to wait that long though. My front bearings/hub assembly needs to be changed too and they are in the same area. The only problem is the $$$. Both of those combined will cost a pretty penny. Ugh.

true but better get to it man...a lady at work was hearing the grinding noise told her to replace them and said the same thing then one day on her way to work on the highway here tire broke off and flipped her car shes fine now but you better get to it bro its serious business.

Red face Dust Cover

Well I finally got the dust cover put on @$@%^&_)(*&%$*&. Dang I thought 15 min job turned into 3 hour job, exhaust cross in the way, front drive shaft in the way, starter gave me hell. Don't you just love it? Nothing is easy. You earn it the hard way....lol...ok I stop my bitching.

Riding down the road in my 88 S10 Blazer 4.3 is so much fun.....lol
