Brought the truck to a near by garage to get a mechanical, and found out i have a really bad upper ball joint. Went to partsource and got a lifetime ball joint for 60 bucks and swapped it out, god those ball joints are easy lol

I got a couple of pics of my led board for the tail light project. There is the 4 1 watt leds in the middle but they are not working (one led is bad) so here are the rest.

Parking light.

Brake / turn signal light.

Have yours been replaced before, or did you have to chisel the rivets out?

I'll be taking my Jimmy to the mechanic to have the transfer case seal and vacuum switch swapped out, as well as the 4WD actuator. Most of the vacuum lines have been replaced or cleaned. The mechanic has dealt with this issue many times before and gave me an estimate of around $300. Hopefully he won't find anything else wrong with it. :P

Mczuk... spray the tips with WD-40 every week, that'll help with corrosion on the tips.

I installed a set of Moog joints (uppers & lowers) in 2010. The upper is already smoked. Lifetime warranty on the part, but I get to do the job twice. Seems lifetime don't mean s**t nowadays.

Now keep in mind, this Blazer is only driven in the winter - there's only about 13k miles on those Moogs. Most people do that in less than a year.
