well... I did the fishing line to remove the badge. It's when I went to scrape the tape off with a plastic putty knife. I went too aggressive. But a heat gun will make tape removal easier. Hopefully.

Ouch...
nothing a little buff and polish can't handle....
Post up some pics in the paint section. Maybe somebody can point out a decent clay bar/wax/polishing compound to help you out some

I used mineral spirits and my thumb nails, A little hard on the manicure but didn't scratch the paint

Not a bad idea. Got plenty o' that at home. Thanks for the warning on the manicure, too.

with a little bit of under coating, they should do nicely... (flip them over in your mind).

The Westin safari bar that my wife ordered for me came in today while I was at school. Couldn't wait, so I went to my brother's house after church, used his garage, and put it on. I think it was well worth the effort, plus I'll be able to sport the new look tomorrow when I go back to school.

nope. especially with the extra ground clearance you have.

just find a nice dry spot to lay down on. although that might be kinda hard, with the little bit of wet stuff we've been getting the last few days.
