well i guess your good to go just redo the seals and bearings and you will be good to go oh and it should just bolt in it will be a little wider then the stock rear end so your tires will stick out a little more then they do now

By definition the G80 is a RPO code that defines the type of rear
Diff is installed in a vehichle....in this case a Eaton mechanical Locking diff....it was avail. On many GM car and trucks.. If used within its ability its a very good factory diff. But it is Often abused and then labeled as the G80 exploder... I have one enjoy it very much....I also look at it as yhe least Expensive lockeron the market that still does a very good job.. |

My first Blazer had the 3.73 with the eaton Locker. I bought it at 57 k sold it at 140k and I put that truck thru hell and back! I changed all fluids once a year and I used Amsoil, never blew anything except my engine shortly after I almost hydro locked it! |
