4 wd buttons messed up?
 

Got the motor in my 95 blazer rebuilt and back in. I bought the vehicle without driving it and now have questions about the 4 wd buttons on the dash. When I push either the 4 hi or the 4 lo, both of these buttons start flashing and then both will come on steady. If I keep pushing them they will both flash. I know the vehicle is going into 4lo by the sound and by putting it in drive. I cannot get the 4hi button to light buy itself. I cannot get the 2hi button to light at all but I am assuming the bulb is burnt out of that. Anyone have any suggestions or know what the problem may be. thanx. wnk.

Ok, I did some further checking. Even though the 2wd drive light does not light at all it is not burnt out. When you first turn the key on all the lights come on for a second or two. I jacked the vehicle up in my garage and got all four wheels off the ground. The vehicle goes in to 4 lo in the transfer case and to the rear wheels, but at no time is there any power put to the front wheels.
