4wd fuse blowing
 

As soon as i hit the 4wd button i hear the fuse blow. I checked under the truck and i don't see any frayed wire. DOes anyone have an idea where the problem is??

make sure u have the correct fuse installed od try installing a larger fuse in its place

although I don't know what would cause your problem ....installing a larger fuse could lead to a pretty bonfire where your truck used to be. i dont think i would go that route.

wow i quess ive been lucky, its different but my speaker system was always blowing the inline 15 fuse so i went with a 20 and no more blown fuse for yrs.

your 4wd switch is bad. I have had this identical problem on two different blazers. if it is a second gen blazer, that be your problem. I guarantee. Get one from a dealer, only 30 bucks.
