RE: body fixable???

Yeah it is possible all you need to do is find the parts. Check the Year One website and or LMC Truck for body panel pieces to fix the rust spots....

Also, happens to be a '87.

RE: body fixable???

My first Blazer was an 88 with the same rust spots and also the two front fender wells where the plastic fender extensions bolted on. I bought 2 front fenders $60 each and the 2 patch panels @$10 each for the lower rear quarters and had a bodyman paint the fenders and I spot welded the patch panels on myself. I replaced the fenders myself in one afternoon, got the matching duplicolor paint for the patch panels and for about $250 total, the Blazer looked new again. Nobody could tell the rear quarters were patched because they went right up to the black moldings. I can't remember the name of the company that sells the parts, but I got them off the web about 5 years ago. Easy fix.

It's a Blazer, putting big money into it is half the fun. GL
