good day all. i have a 84 blazer with a 350 (5.7) has anyone used seafoam before ? i would like to get a few opinions be fore i try it . ive heard good things about it but am still a bit skeptical. anyone thanks.

Yeah, I have used it many MANY times with fantastic results. I have used it in the gas tank as an injector cleaner, in the oil as a bottom end flush, as well as in through the intake as an intake, valve, piston cleaner.

Things to remember:
When using it in the oil, only run it for around 200-300 miles before changing out your oil. Then stick to a 2000-3000 mile change interval for that first change to make sure that nothing else that may have been loosened up with the seafoam won't cause problems.

When using down the intake, it is best to change the oil and plugs right after doing this. If the plugs were recently changed, then you should atleast pull them and check for contamination, as well as regap them.

When using in the gas tank, no special considerations, just dump it in before you fill up and go about your business.

take the tips that swartlkk said. i have used seafoam on ever car i have ever owned and i loved it.
