Default dash lights not working

alright, i posted this question in another section, but i didn't get too much help from it. when i turn my headlights on, my dashlights or my tail lights don't come on at all. and when i leave my lights on and turn the my blazer off, i usually have a little idiot noise that reminds me to turn my lights off, that doesn't come on anymore. i need help quick because i can't drive at night.

Did you check the fuses, Inspect the PARK LP fuse in the underhood fuse block. Is it just the tailights, or is it also the license and marker lights?

i didn't check the fuses under the hood. i guess i'll have to. the other fuses in the fuse box on the side of the dash is good, though. my tail lights don't work, and i don't think my license plate lights work either.
