Default Driver's Side Power Seat Switch

I believe after doing some research that my switch has gone bad, any special way of getting it off? When I wing it and try to take stuff off without knowing the proper way to take it off i always end up breaking it, lol

Thanks
-Luke

EDIT**
I found the quick connect under the seat so i unplugged it, had to cut all the wires from the switch to the plug cause i couldnt pull the plug out from under the seat. Anyone know of where i can get a power seat switch/plug?

I need that exact same thing as in the pic above, only not cut of course

I usually phone the Dealership, then the local parts store and finally the wreckers, in that order. I ask for price and availability. Once I have all the info, I make my decision.
I'm old fashioned and fear internet shopping.....
