Default floor heat

I'm just curious, is it common for blazers to experience little heat towards the floor or if there might be something that could be corrected. My heat otherwise cranks it is just that your feet will get cold on extended drives , thanks for any input.

You may have a vacuum leak to your mode door actuator or a faulty actuator located on the top left side of the heater box under the dash, passenger side.
Remove the right side knee bolster and watch it as you change modes from defrost to heat.
