I have noticed that my truck has a lean, driver side is lower then passanger side. I was told that it could be a leaf spring, but I was wondering if anyone else had thier truck lean more on one side then the other, any feedback would be very helpfull!

The torsion bars can be adjusted to correct for this, but you have to determine if it is a front corner causing the lean or a back corner. Measure the wheelwells side to side on the front and back. I'll see if I can't dig up some info on the proper ride height for you to compare to.
I'm betting that a simple torsion bar adjustment is necessary. Only problem you may run into is that the adjustment bolt/nut on the cam will be froze up, but a few days of lubrication with penetrating oil before the adjustment is attempted should help greatly.
