Rear door panel

i am trying to take the inside panel off the rear hatch of my 98 4 door s10 blazer. any tips before i break anything?

This is the best I can come up with.
Open the liftgate window.

Remove the screw retaining the liftgate trim panel to the liftgate window latch support.
Open the liftgate.
Remove the trim panel from the liftgate
