sparkplug and oil ?'s

ok ive been reading in the performance sections about cooler plugs for nos well im a tardo so please explain this to me and the reason why they are better(which would you recommend ill be going bottle in a few months)

now my oil question is full synthetic better for a motor? ive been told it will help increase mpg do to it being so slick i dont know if thats true or not just what ive heard. do i need to run an oil system cleaner thru before i switch to synthetic?

I don't know anything about nitrous...but for oil...I've heard it makes everything run "slicker" but as far as gas milage....nah...stuff like Mobil1 helps clean alot of the crap out of your engine...on top of only havnig to change your oil every 7500...although when u first switch over...id change it at the normal 3k because it cleans so good...its good stuff..

My recommendation for oil is just to change it frequently, whatever you use.

As far as NOs goes, I haven't played with it. My buddy put a bottle in his Camero and blew the tranny the first time he pushed the button.$$$$$$$$$$$$$
