Default Special tools for replacing door hinges?

I bought this last night and was wondering if I need any special tools. Door Hinge Pins - eBay

And this will help my sagging doors right? Thanks.

You'll probably have a fun time with the door spring. I found a spring tool on Eastwood.com. I think it was called a 'light truck door spring compressor' or something like that.
