Whats legal/illegal?
 

As I'm looking at parts for my blazers engine, what is legal for me to do/ pass inspection with?

Most of what is legal or not depends on your state emission rules/laws. Most of the modifications done to an engine may be legal, however, a good rule of thumb is to KNOW beforehand if the engine modifications you are thinking legal or not.

Ok, I'll talk to someone tomorrow about it... Ill be at the police station anyways to meet the k-9 unit

you should be fine as long as you keep a catalytic converter on it... i dont think NH has very stringent emissions. no one is as bad as CA where every little thing has to have an approval sticker if you want it on the engine.
