Windsheild Wipers

Does anyone else have trouble with there wipers only working when they feel like it? On my 98 LT 4X4 the wipers only work some of the time, usually when it isnt raining they will work fine. Everything else on the switch works fine such as the cruse, blinkers, and pissers. But the wipers are possessed. Have any ideas? If you do can you give me a "How To" on how to fix it?

LOL Search!!! A search for 'wiper' with no other criteria has this on the bottom of the page.

1996 Blazer... New To me, a couple issues
