SES light

SES light
The SES light came on and I took my '04 TB to Autozone to diagnose the problem. They said it was P0410. I tracked down the problem to the emissions check valve and replaced it. I took the TB back to Autozone to reset the SES light, They said that they don't do that. The light will reset itself after driving 50-100 miles. Does anyone know if the light will reset itself or do I need to do something. How do I get the light to reset?

RE: SES light
[sm=welcomesign.gif]to the Forum! You will need to drive about five 'drive cycles' for it to reset. Can't recall exactly what GM lists as the routine for a drive cycle, but just drive it about 3-5 days and it should go out.

Gotcha covered.
Edit: Fixed pic to show definitions of drive cycle sections.

RE: SES light
Drove the TB for about a day and 50 miles and the light reset itself.
