I have a 2001 2door 4x4 i keep checking on gibson exhaust everyplace says for the 2wd/4x4 2dr ZR2 model and mine is not will it still work for my vehicle i just hate to buy the wrong thing

I wouldn't buy it even if it did fit, Gibson's are notorious for rusting! Why don't you have a local shop make you a custom mandrel setup from the y-pipe back. You could have the whole thing done custom from the y-pipe back vs. just a catback from Gibson for just as much $ or even less and get way more power out of it. The biggest restriction in these trucks is the y-pipe anyways. Or i know Dynomax has a specific kit for the 4X4s. My buddy has one on his and he paid i think $150 for it and it sounds nice.

But dose the Gibson work on the non ZR2??? Id like to know as well.

I would honestly go with a flowmaster over a gibson system just for the fact of gibson's rusting out faster then anyone else's exhaust! Flowmaster IMO is a much better exhaust and thats what im going with when I go to get mine done after the rear of my truck is 4 linked and bagged!!

ok...I have dozens of customers with Gibsons and no issues. All I want to know is: Dose the ZR2 cat back fit the non ZR2 Blazer?

The ZR2s have a completely different frame. Anytime I have had a specific question on fitment of a product, the first thing I do is spend the 5-10 minutes on the phone to talk to the manufacturer. My truck is worth it!

You can always go with a magna flow as well.

Ya, I have my supplier calling for me, but it takes a while. What is the magnaflow #, cant find a listing on thier site. And I dont want to build an exhaust.

Magnaflow doesn't make a cat-back exhaust system for blazers, just for the s10.

kk... I think ill get the Gibson stailess-steel system and make it fit. After I get a new deck, and do my custom headlights on my car
