injection to carby conversion

Gday people...I have a 99 LS Blazer 4x4. just wondering if anyone has converted one of these from fuel injection to carby...i see Edelbrock do a carby intake manifold PN2114 to suite the V6.
what are the PROz & CONz please?
All info is much appreciated by this Chev crazy Aussie :icon_headbang:

In my experience there are no cons when upgrading to an edelbrock intake. My first edelbrock intake I had to file off the raised letters and paint it BBQ grill black so Pop couldn't tell I was "screwing around" with my first car. The closest thing to a con is that it claims it's for a square bore carb. Fuel injection to carburetor is a step backwards. Match that intake to an aftermarket square bore TBI injection system and you just imagined something that I HAVE to research.
