seized pressed in bolts on exhaust manifold.
 
manifold to muffler bolts snapped (x2) and gasket is worn. i have dropped the muffler and hammered the hell on those bolt studs to knock em loose any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Heat, heat, heat and more heat, then pound the hell out of em again. Oh dont heat the bolt, heat the flange. Those thing suck big time

update: 2 bolts out.. map gas continuously as "new guy" insisted on the flange around the bolt.. and then freeze off (tons of thick smoke) right on the bolt/pressed stud head.

BTW they come out much easier when the manifold is in a vice :icon_shrug:
heating the flang with oxy/acetalene until cherry red goes much easier
