Default 4wd drive spindles

how come no one makes 4wd lift spindles and if so who? It’s sad I had 3 inch spindles on my old 02 truck and they were perfect. Factory ride and steering but higher. Why are we stuck with ****ty torsion keys or a 1500 lift kit

I think it really comes down the geometry of the suspension components. Physically looking at the 4wd spindle, I don't think there's any room to make a "lift" spindle on the S chassis' spindle. Being that it's a smaller size truck, the components are smaller, more compact, and there's not much room to move things around like there is on a full size.
