3 inch lift help
#11
Look on eBay for 3leaffab blazer shackles and pick from there what size you want. Like Screwed said, don't bother with the keys, or buying a 2-3" lift kit. It's a waste of money, I almost bought one. Just add a shackle and crank your t-bars, saves a ton of time, too. Now if you were going to the 6" superlift.. completely different story, but you're not looking for that much (yet). So far my lift which I'm doing tomorrow has cost me $50 for a 2" plus whatever the alignment will cost.

Well i cranked the T bars up a and got a inch from it i would go a further but i read in a few places that cranking the stock T vars more than 2 inches is bad. Should i just crank it up another inch? Then just put new shackles in the back?

I wouldn't go to 2 inches really. Normally 1.5 inch is considered the limit before you start getting less than savory angles from your CV shafts and boots. And what CNYcountrykidd said about the 3leaffab shackles. They run about $50 on ebay and that's what my buddies gettin me for my birthday in about 17 days... lol.
