Body lift for a good set of 31in A/T

I want to put a good set of 31 inch A/T on my 99blazer 4wd 4dr. I figure i should lift it about 3 inches to avoid the rubbing. I think the only thing i have to worry about when i lift is the filler neck of the gas tank and possibly ground wires. I think there is a bolt that just gets loosened to adjust my steering. Any thing else i have to worry about? Like shifting linkage? Thanks alot.

If you put 31's on factory rims all you need is a 2" body lift. You won't have to loosen anything on the steering, the shaft will telescope no prob. If you get the Performance Accessories body lift it will come with thorough instructions. Go to their site and you can read the instructions for your particular body lift that you're interested in.

Splurge for a body lift kit instead of making one yourself. Unless you really know what you"re doing,it will save you lots of headaches. If going the home-made route, dont cut up the bottom of the fan shroud... actual kits will address that too.
