body and suspension lift advice

hey all

okay so in total all ( i say all loosely lol) is rough country 2.5" suspension lift and a 2" body lift. so i know what brand suspension lift i would like to go with but could anyone link me to some quality body lift kits? whats good whats not? and will that be enough to clear some 31" on 16" wheels? honestly not going to do any crazy off roading just fun stuff.

thanks!

With both a RC 2.5" lift and a 2" body lift you should be able to clear 31's on stock backspaced rims. If your rims have a lower backspacing/offset then you may still touch the back of the front fender-well when you hit a bump while turning. That's easily fixed with a little trimming or massaging it.

I'm running a 2" PA body lift and 2.5"RC lift along with 265/75/16 tires mounted on old Iroc wheels. The tires are just shy from a 32" and did require some trimming on the fron fender rear corners. Simple enough and and then welded in some metal to close off the cut area. Looks nice!

cool, any chance you can post some pictures of it? since it is pretty much exactly what i want to do, just what to see how it looks!

you can check out my thread under the build section. The pictures really can't speak for it's physical appearance. It looks great and sits much higher than I expected.

About the brand of body lift, Performance Accessories is a popular choice and it is not pricey.
