Actually, the wheel arch/shape is nearly identical between 1st and 2nd gen trucks. 2nd gens have that recessed groove thing in the body though...

Here's a pic I took (actually two separate pictures, cropped together) of stock 1st gen flares held up against a 2nd gen.

I know this thread is old but I have done allot of research on flares that will work on an S-10. As far as Cut outs go there are none. And with the Rears no longer being made is a very bad thing. I need a set for my truck I'm building now. As for 1st Gen cut outs on a second gen they do not fit with out major modifications. I put a set on a 2000 step side bed. But I majorly moded the box to work on my 91. Heres a couple of pics.

Ran into some life problems. The truck is currently all in primer and sanded and ready to be sprayed the way it has been sitting for a couple of years. I actually just pulled it out and dusted it off and it should be painted soon. Ill start a project thread here too. The truck is highly modified rolling on 41" tires.

Would ZR2 fenders fit on a 95 4door LS Blazer? I found someone parting one out locally and they only want like $75 for the whole set
