Experts assemble! Broken body mount!

Alright- as the title says, broken body mount. I was attempting to get all of the body mount bolts loose to put on my body lift- long and short: Broken bolt. So, what should I do? Muffler man quoted me at 80 bucks to fix which consists of welding and cutting. I am to get a quote from a welding company monday- any way I can get the broken bolt out myself- Vice grips, tap, etc? The mount is drivers side right underneath the pedals (Just behind the tire). Thank you.

-PS- New refurbed engine is running great! :icon_bike:

I had the same one break on mine. The only way to get it out is to cut the floor open. Im assuming what happened is the nut plate broke free. I cut about a 3x3 flap in the floor above the mount and grabbed the nut with vise grips. After i got the bolt out i re welded the nut to a better plate. Put it back together and welded up the floor.
