Front and Rear bumper brackets

Are the front and rear bumper brackets required when doing a 2" body lift on a blazer? What purpose do they serve?

Unless you want a 2" gap between your body and bumper yes they are necessary. That also explained what purpose they serve:)

Ok thanks, I guess this is something that I am gonna have to visually see when time comes. Are there any popular 2" body lifts for the 2000 rwd 4dr blazer?

Performance accessories makes a good body lift. That's what most people on this and other forums seem to use. Also, I think they come with the pieces to move at least the front bumper up. Rough country sells them on they're website. Roughcountry.com

performance acc. kit has brackets for the rear, and a set of 2" pucks for the front bumper.. they are just like the body pucks only smaller in diamater..
