Default Help Installing Body Lift

I got my hands on some 1” body lift blocks to put on my 98 blazer 4dr. What will I need to loosen up to make room? Some of the things I thought of are: brake lines, fan shroud, fuel filler, and ground wire. Would any of these not need to be done since I am only going up 1”? Also does anyone know what the standard length of the body mount bolts are?

Thanks for the help.

You will need to address the fan shroud for sure. Probably will not need to mess with the filler or ground wire.
Don't forget about the rear bumper clearance at the sides.

Will I need to address the fan shroud if I don't move the bumpers? I have the the blocks but no brackets. I will have to fabricate some up from scratch when I get a chance. Also I downloaded the BDS directions to give me a guideline and was suprised to see it calls for 12 blocks on a 4 door. I have only noticed 10 (raidator support, behind front tire, front of rear tire, above axle, and by rear bumper) It also calls for 12x1.75x140mm bolts, when I mounted my nerf bars it called for 12x1.5x140mm. Which pitch is correct? Anything else that might need to be addressed or not addressed based on the BDS directions? This is a daily driver so I am trying to get all of the parts & surprises out before I begin.

Thanks to all for the help.

I'm pretty sure they are 12x1.75. The only thing you will have to mess with is the fan shroud, and the bumpers if you want it to look right.

Default fan shroud

the only thing you will need to adjust is the fan shroud like one shot one kill said. You might need to un bolt the 2 oil cooler lines by the oil pan but it should have enough room for the 1".
