Help with lifting please.

Well. The other day I caught myself scouring Craigslist looking to buy a lifted jeep, tahoe, blazer, etc and I quickly realized that everything I was looking at in my price range would stretch out my budget ( as well as they all had ridiculously high miles) I have to work with on this "hunting/ play truck" project .
Then the craziest thing dawned on me...I already have a Blazer that I NEVER use so why not work on it? Its an old 1995 4x4 s10 Blazer in perfect shape with only 114k original miles. I've had the thing for several years and it very very rarely is driven.

My plan with this thing is to just spice it up a bit and give it some character as well as to start putting this thing to use. It'd be a perfect beach cruiser and coyote slaying vehicle for me. I already have a plan in mind but need suggestions as to which parts to buy. I'm looking at adding a 2" body lift, torsion crank, and 2" shackles as well as ordering a set of soft 8 15x8 or 15x7 wheels and 31x10.50 tires. My questions are:

1: With the PA body lift I'm looking at, I do not see anything there for bumper relocation after the lift. Maybe its just a stock photo idk or maybe I'm overlooking it which is very possible as I am not too savy with truck parts (I'm a car man, sry). The other kits I saw that obviously included the brackets were not for my model year. So is this the right kit or can someone point me to the correct one?

2: As for the soft 8s I have 2 different backspacing and offset options that I see to choose from. The 15x8 with 4" of backspacing and -12mm offset and the other being 15x7 with 4.250" of backspacing and a -6mm offset. I would like for the tires to stick out of the fender well a good bit, maybe an inch or 2...which wheels should I go with?

***Another wheel that I like is the Pro Comp rock crawler 15x7s and 15x8s but I see even more BS and offset options on those...like 4.5" BS 0mm offset on the 15x8s and 4.5" BS and 12mm offset on the 15x7s.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated as I'm ready to order asap.

Also, I do not want to add a suspension lift as I feel like this is the most economical route for me to take and surely I can fit 31x10.50s with about 4" of overall lift. I also do not like the torsion keys as I feel like its pushing past the point they were designed to be cranked to. When I go in for the alignment I plan on having them crank as far as they can go to still get a good alignment and not cause me premature failure of parts.

as in wheels I guess you mean tires? these are what I just put on mine a month ago and I love em Super Swamper Tires Part IND-06 - 31x10.5R15LT, IROK ND - 4 Wheel Parts I have the same lift as your plan

Nah I've already decided on my tires but I was actually planning on the irok nds in the beggining I just found something else I like a Lil cheaper. By wheels I mean rims though.

go with 4.5 with the lift you want, it will look sweet

Where are you located? I've got a set of procomps I'd sell you cheap but shipping would be a pain and you'd be better off buying new.

I'm located in eastern NC, Goldsboro area. Va is a Lil too far to drive. So, the 15x8 Pro Comps with the 4.5" BS and 0mm offset will work and stick a bit outside the fender well?

And nvm about that body lift...I see the deal now. It comes with blocks that act as spacers to raise the bumper back in place.
