s-10 Blazer

I am looking to do a project this summer i have the never done one before so every idea or tip would be great so thanks for your time and help.

My 1st truck was a 95 chevy s10 blazer i had it 2 years till I had to sell it for a family member getting sick and needed the cash to help pay some of there bills I have missed that truck ever since Now I am looking for another one to have as my weekend truck that I plan on putting a lift kit on so I just want to best way to go I see some vary nice blazers on here and would like to get some inside tips

I live in Virginia and state laws say the max height from bumper to ground on the front is no bigger then 29 inches and the rear no more then 30 inches so that gives you a little info I want the heights lift I can get with out drawing the wrong people if you know what I mean I also want some monster looking tires on it to have that angry look to it I don't have the blazer yet but I am in the market to buy from a 98-04 model with 4wd 4 doer model so any help would be great I never had a project like this before due to family members being sick but I want to have something for just my self so I can just ride and let my mind ride free

Thanks again for any ideas and tips
