Torsion crank and shackle?
 
SO i cranked my torsion bar up a bit on my 99 four door until i was looking about at an inch and a half higher front and got 2in lift from shackles is this gonna hurt my truck if i dont get an alignment and can i run 31s without major issues?

It's been covered!
Alignment, Cv joints, ball joints, pitman, idler it's all covered.... just search it out.
Try Tbar, torsion, look in the suspension thread.
Trust us, me the answers are here & a lot & I mean a LOT of people doing things differently & having decent results.
But don't crank t bars over 1.5" unless you have expendable money.

in short, yes and yes... 31s really aint much bigger than your old tires, and you can run 31s on the stock height.

alignment is always a good idea when you mess with the front suspention.
