It would give you 4' of lift if you had the right application..

A block lift only works if the leaf springs are above the axle. S-series blazers, the leaf packs are below the axles. So...if you were to install that on your truck, you would drop it 4', not lift it.

Even if that did work, you would still need a way to raise the front end 4' to match the back..which you cant do since you have IFS.

If you wanna lift that high, you have to do a spring over axle conversion (SOA) to get the leaf on top of the axle in the back (~5' of lift), then you would have to do a solid axle swap (SAS) up front, and then install that 4' block lift up front.

On top of all that....a block lift is not really the best way to lift a full size truck..anyway..
