Default will 31's work ?

So I am wondering if it is possible to clear 31's with just a 1.5" t bar crank ? I measured and the back should be fine I will have about 1/2" clearance still the front is what I am worried about, I will be about 1.5" on the front and back is that enough clearance or will it rub on turns ? if so how much trimming will be required ?

i have a feeling that they wont work for the front. but maybe get a couple 31s from a buddy to try it out. i have 31s here but wont be too much help for you. lol go to full lock and measure center of the hub to to the outer part of tire for radius. and it also will depend on the width. hope that helped a little bit..

They should. On my second gen they fit but I had to cut the back of the fenders. The rear tires fit without any problems. I have lower offset wheels which caused them to hit the fenders more than if I had stuck with the original wheels

xgiovannix has a 92 with 31s and just tbar crank/shackle lift but I can't recall if he had to to trim the fenders or not.

I will have to ask him but I would assume with a 2" shackle lift you should be fine
