99 blazer, Clock Spring

Default 99 blazer, Clock Spring
Can anyone tell me how to remove the Clock Spring? I can see directions about turning it clockwise the counter clockwise, Is this an install instruction?

PS Steering wheel is off already.

Default Fixed It!!!! Oh Yea
Went to the Bone Yard, 6 bucs for the Clock Spring.
