1995 2 Door 4.3 Vortec will crank but not start

Hi everyone - this is my first post and to say I am frustrated with my Blazer is an understatement. I have a 95 4.3l Vortec blazer that will crank but not start. The coil has spark but the spark plugs do not. I took out the ICM and had it tested and it is good. I looked for the crankshaft position sensor but it is not in the places that it is supposed to be. The engine looks like it is die-cut for one but not there. Looking for the camshaft sensor on the internet and all I get is that it is on the distributor but all of the distributors shown are different from the one I have in mine. My distributor is of what I would call the older type where the wires plug into the top of the cap. Fuel pressure is good. does anyone know where the camshaft position sensor is on this beast?

Usually when you know you have spark from your coil, but no spark at the plug..Is a sign of a bad plug wire.I would check and make sure each spark plug wire is firing. You may want to test your coil too.A defective coil will act sparacticaly. All so a bad engine control module will give you problems also. But as far as where the CPS is located..Not sure.If you can`t find it?You may not have one.But buy you a manual for the 95-2005 blazers. This will give you alot of info that you need.
