Default 1998 Blazer with Electrical Drain

I have a 1998 Blazer 4dr 4wd that gives the signs of an electrical drain. The battery and alternator show working properly and within range (according to meter).

The battery keeps getting drained.

How do I run down the electrical problem or determine what exactly is causing the electrical drain?

There seems to be not lights on like the dome, glove box, etc.

Watch you tube videos on parasitic draw or parasitic drain tests. You use your meter to determine which circuit has the problem. The fuse labeled RAP is "retained accessory power" circuit. It stays energized for 20 minutes after turning the key off.
